Welcome to DAY ONE of the Confidence Quest!
Over the next 5 (business) days we’ll be going on a bit of an adventure together as we go through some tasks and activities that are designed to help you feel more confident and clear in your business.
Before we get into lesson number one, here are a few more admin-type things:
1) There’s a contest!
My kid Kiernan created a colouring page for us for this quest. It’s a bow with 5 fun and individual arrows. Colour in one arrow per day as you complete the quest, and then on the final day, email me (lara@larawellman.com) with the completed sheet, or post it in the Facebook Group. I will be doing draws at the end for a one-on-one coaching session with me and for a bundle of my notebooks. You can watch a short video explaining how this works here. 2) The Facebook Group
This is where I will be posting recordings of the Q&A calls. Don’t forget to come and join us!
3) Q&A Call
The Q&A call will happen today at 3pm EST. You can watch live in the Facebook group or join me on Zoom. If you can’t make the calls, you can always email me anything you would like any more clarification on ahead of time and I will answer questions during the call. Here is the link to join me at 3 pm.
Now onto today’s training!
I wanted to start the quest by spending some time getting clear on the characters taking part. I had some fun creating some worksheets that are based slightly on what people who play dungeons and dragons do when they are preparing for a game (please note, I have never played D&D so this is very much just loosely inspired by it!) Welcome to DAY TWO of the Confidence Quest!
I loved hearing that people were printing out their worksheets in colour to enjoy the parchment paper worksheets, and spending time being creative coming up with their character names! To find any of the past recordings and worksheets you can visit this page on my website.

Don’t forget to come and join us! I decided to do some extra draws for prizes daily in the group for anyone sharing that they did the questwork.

DAY THREE
I hope everyone had a great weekend!
Today, we will ensure that when people want to buy from you, they know WHAT you sell. If you walk into a shop and you need to be able to ask for what you want with no clues or list to choose from, it can become very overwhelming. When you haven’t spent some time thinking about the right prices to charge for things for it to make good sense for how you want to make, you can start to resent what things cost.
That’s what today’s training is all about! I know that the longer an event like this goes on, the harder it can be to keep going, so I’m doing my best to keep the training moments short and sweet! :)
I know some of you don’t have printers. In that case, I encourage you to look at the worksheets and then either open a Word doc or a paper notebook and jot your answers down there.

DAY FOUR
It’s day four and today we’re talking about setting the right goals so that we can confidently take action every day.

DAY FIVE
It’s day 5 and officially the last day of the quest (but stay tuned, I have a bit more coming for you!)
Today we’re talking about deciding what actions to take to reach our destination and how to find the right allies to get there. When you take some time to think about actions that you can take specifically to reach of your individual goals, you have a better sense of what the right actions are to take (and why) each day. That’s what we’re doing today!
